Maintenance man

Being in my pensionable age, I would like to offer my services of assistance to foreign homeowners on the island of Lanzarote.
I am of Spanish nationality and live in Germany, where I have my permanent residence.
The idea is to be able to receive accommodation and a minimum salary to be able to spend most of my time on the island in the near future.
My knowledge of Spanish, French, English and German is excellent, and my ability to offer small additional services such as taking care of contracting small repairs and maintenance of your properties could be very rentable for both sides.
My current profession is that of a journalist and photojournalist and I have been visiting the island twice a year for more than 20 years.
