Approximate costs

Hello,

I am new to the forum. We have just had our offer accepted on a property in Faro Park. We will initially use this as a holiday home. Could anyone give me some approximate monthly costs for things like wi-fi, home and contents insurance, alarm system provision and anything else you think would be useful.

We've been researching online, but most sites want contact details after the property purchase has gone through. 

Any help and advice would be much appreciated.
