We are a family of four looking to move to Lanzarote in July / August ready for me to start work in September near Tinajo.

Can anyone recommend an estate agent to use, or know of an available house / finca / apartment / other we could rent?

Min 2 bed

Max 700 Euros per month

Many thanks!

Sorry to say but you'll be lucky to find anything at the moment.

Not sure where you want as more rural but here in PDC you'd be lucky to get a one bed for that price .

As I'm sure you've seen online theres a real shortage at the moment.

Just look online for property to rent Lanzarote, there all about the same. I wish you luck.

If I can be of any use please ask, didn't mean to sound so negative, it's just the way it is at the moment.

New laws are just coming into force re holiday lets, this may help the situation in a few months.

Wouldn't recommend buying for that reason, the bubble should burst soon.
