Hi all I have a bungalow in Mattagorda and we are traveling out in December.I will be looking to purchase a car. Please offer any advise that will help. It will be a secondhand car.

I believe you need proof of your NIE., and copy of property Deeds. Then Can also drive on UK licence

Hi there as long as you have a Spanish bank account, NIE/TIE/Residencia proof of address you can purchase a car.. but currently you are only able to drive out here on a UK license until end of year.. you will have to get a Spanish driving license, which entails a medical to confirm you can drive, then enroll in a driving school, and take your theory test then driving test. Hope that helps.
