I purchased mine (an ex hire bike) from Ebike Lanzarote in Costa Teguise. It wasn't cheap, around 1000€ but it's a very good make - Kalkhoff - and I've never had any problems with it. https://ebike-lanzarote.com/es/

I had the choice between 2 or 3. Angel Fernandez was very helpful in explaining the differences between each bike.

Decathlon also sell their own range/brand of e-bikes.
