Hi all, can anyone tell me the system here for security deposits on rented accommodation. Has a scheme been set up to protect tenants' deposits as in the UK or do tenants simply rely on the goodwill of the landlord? In the case of dispute is the matter handled by the courts? Thanks in advance for any responses
