Emigrating from the UK with a trade and water treatment background

Hello all, hope this finds you well?
We've just returned from a week in Lanzarote and I've been astounded by the beauty and the general pace of life on the island.
With that said, we've been discussing the possibilities of relocating as ex-pats as I've 25 years as an electrician (installation and maintenance) with 15 of those being within the water treatment and supply industry with managment experience and qualifictions.
My wife is also a health industry therapist with many strings to her bow wthin the field from yoga, massage and fitness.
The age old question would be this... is there a robust enough need for these skills in Lanzarote, if so what would be the steps needed to get the ball rolling as such?
