We are swallows/snowbirds resident in England but we are currently renting various private properties between Dec and April outside the big resort areas.
Obviously we’ll be severely restricted post Brexit.
Do you need to be a property owner to apply for residencia?
We meet all the other criteria and would consider a long rental.
Retired married couple 60’s.
