Lost: Wallet left in taxi outside tabaiba apts

Please help husband dropped wallet on back seat of taxi today after being dropped off at tabaiba apartments at around 5.30pm. We picked up the taxi at the rank near the hyperdino playa Bastian. We called them loads of times both the hotel and my husband but they keep saying it's not there. But it has to be there someone is either lying or hasnt looked it's so frustrating knowing it is there and nobody cares. There is not much money in it but it does have cards and photo of sentimental value and the wallet itself was a present from our daughter they can keep the money we just want the wallet back please anybody help thank you xxx
