Moving with non lucrative visa

Hi everyone, sorry if this a repetitive question !

Any tips,and could I speak to anyone who has moved post Brexit on a non lucrative visa.

Just concerned re timing of selling and buying house, applying at Spanish embassy for visa.

also transferring bank accounts etc

We really want to do it and I have done research but would like practical advice from someone who has done it.
