Hi, me and my partner are just toying with the idea of moving to Lanzarote in the future.  Could anyone tell me how you would start the process?  Pros and cons of living there.  We would prob be in our late 50s if and when we make the move.  Do you buy or rent?  How easy is it to get part-time work?  Living costs etc.

Many thanks

Hi Andrea

I think it depends what nationality you are. If your're from UK , that's the big question and nobody knows the answer until Brexit is done and dusted, And whether UK leaves with Deal or No Deal (sounds like a game show).

If you're on Facebook look for a group called Brexit & the Canaries. It has 2.8 K members, you might be better asking the question there.

Good luck.

Hi all,

Would refer my question to same topic; hope don’t mind.

I would like to move with my family. We both are 45, son 7. We are from Slovenia.

Appreciate any feedback.

Many thanks

Ursa
