I’ve not been through this here but did in the UK. I would start with going to either Will Smith (C1 insurance) or Jackie Tallow (Jennifer Cunningham insurance), both based in Tías with contact details easily available. I’m sure they will have information to assist. In addition, if fluent in Spanish or with a Spanish speaker, start with a local health centre.
I wish you the very best in this search as I’m sure it will be a huge challenge (as in the UK) to find security for a loved one.
