Rubbish removal

Hi anyone know someone who can remove some bits and pieces from my apartment and legally dispose of it ? I have a old carpet and some Patio furniture and one or two other items

Sorry for the late reply I'm in Fuerteventura at the moment I have no photos don't think there is anything of value I have 2 old patio chairs 1 old sunbed an old heavy parasol holder and smallish carpet, and broken printer I'd get rid myself but to old to be lifting I live on first floor apartment.
