Schools

Hi all, hope you are all well, I'm new to the group! I'm just wondering does anyone have children in the Spanish state schools and how have they settled? We are looking to relocate very soon, I've done a lot of research on the Private schools, we like the sound of the British School of Lanzarote but not so much the international schools. I just wondered what everyone's thoughts & experiences are on the Spanish schools. I have a daughter who is 12yrs next & a son who is 8yrs. My daughter is very academic and says she really wants the British qualifications, that's why we looked at BSL, my son is not academic at all, he's the youngest in his year & has always struggled, but he is lovely & makes friends very easy.  Any advice at all or experiences would be great, thank you very much 😊
