Hi we are buying a new build in costa Teguise & we have been told that the deeds contracts are more complex than a basic more established property ? Could you recommend a good english speaking solicitor that can deal with this ?
We used Gorka Centeno in Arrecife. Email: [email protected]. He speaks good English, has a very good reputation and will go through everything with a fine tooth-comb! The estate agents we were buying through didn't like working with him and actually advised us not to use him. They knew that everything would be queried if it didn't look right or wasn't registered correctly. Good luck with your purchase!
