Visiting on holiday

Good morning 

I’m visiting on holiday at the end of September for 10 days what i would like to find out is , I’m taking my 15yr old grandson who has had 2 x covid jabs most recent one in July 22 do I have to still have to get him pcr or antigen tested to enter , also is weather still good at the end of September beginning of October
