Hi - wondering whether a couple of sixty somethings who would be long term renters would be able to obtain residency or do we have to be property owners? Also can someone tell me the financial requirements (income/savings) as a lot of conflicting info out there  Thanks

Thanks for advice re Residencia, we have smallish private pensions and little part-time jobs and wouldn't be moving for at least a couple of years until state pension kicks in as we are planning not to have to work at all. Hence my question about income/savings. The apt. in Los Pocillos does sound good value though...

Hi SidKid

We are in the process of cutting down in the UK ready to move next year, we will use our UK house to fund a villa over there.

We rent the apartment regularly but are using ourselves at the end of Nov and New year.

If you are interested let me know

Steve
