We own a property which we rent out and are non Spanish residents.

We always understood that post Brexit our tax liability would rise from 19% to 24% which is fine, but we have seen on some websites that there will be no offsets allowed for maintainance, cleaning, fees, etc which, if true, will have huge implications for us.

Does anyone on here have any info on this please ?

Many thanks
