Just joined the forum so sorry for delay in responding
We use JMA , www.internetlanzarote.com, they are really good , we also get there Internet TV service , no buffering as they have a server on the Island

Hello,
I purchased a villa in Playa Blanca this Summer and end of July we contacted Movistar to install the wi-fi and TV package. They have confirmed fibre is available to the villa so now just waiting on fitting and for the engineer to phone us. I am aware August is a busy time in Lanzarote however we've been waiting for nearly a month for that call from the engineer. Could anyone give me any advice and does it normally take this long to get the Wi-fi sorted and is anyone able to offer me an alternative solution?
