Is there anywhere in playa Blanca that can help me fill in my UK passenger locator form

My friends are travelling to playa Blanca next week for a month and they would like to know if there is anywhere they can go to get help with completing and printing off their passenger locator form before they return, we know of shops in Tenerife that offer this but does anyone know of anywhere in playa Blanca? Thanks
