Drilling in Playa Blanca

Today, Wednesday 25th November, a drilling rig and team arrived in the “green area” just North of Avenida de Papagayo. We are talking heavy duty, noisy drilling of a single bore into what seems to be rock - see video attached. They drilled for several hours and only stopped after it got dark. The rig is accompanied by a lorry carrying enough additional sections to go down a long way. Just wondering does anyone know what is going on?
