Can anyone tell me if I will be able to let a property I buy if it doesn’t already have VV permission? If I buy one without is it straightforward to get permission from the local government?

It is not always easy to get a license and my advise is to ask a lawyer before placing a deposit the position on letting
Lots of playa Blanca is not registered for letting so I would do your research before placing a deposit
