Hello. I am new to this amazing group. So welcome to me! My name is Jeff LAURENTS and I frequently visit Lanzarote. I would like to know what’s happening to property prices on the island? I am uploading one of my photos. I am a photographer, specialising in manipulating my images in photoshop. I normally photograph landscapes and interesting local buildings and locations. But I also create quirky images, like the one posted here.

Welcome to the group, interesting picture above. I am told by people that the property prices have held which must be a good thing. Going forward I wonder if there will be a surge of buyers from people looking to move to Lanzarote permanently as a reaction to COVID19 and and eye on the future.

Hi Panama,
Thanks for your reply.
Due to Covid we haven’t been able to travel and so any visit to Lanzarote has been delayed. But I do look forward to returning to the island!
