Building work

Hi - just returned from our (at least) annual trip to Plata Blanca (and Costa Teguise)

stayed in Be-Cordial Marina Blanca aparthotel which we like 

Immediately across road from hotel entrance there was fairly extensive ground and piling work for a development- does anyone know what’s planned and estimated completion date 

I’m afraid hotel weren’t much help and I want to consider this before booking later in year & next year
