Hi there, just a question, if you get residency does it last for life or just a couple years?

Residency is for five years initially.

I have inherited a property in Tias that I suspect was built without planning permission. Possibly the whole property, possibly only part of it. Not sure. Who is now liable for any fines etc on the property? Will it have to be destroyed/adjusted before I can sell it on? And what is the normal procedure when this happens?

If the building has been up for I think it is 4 years with no complaint from your local authority I think you are in the clear but search a planning consultant or lawyer who will employ one for you Kind regards
