Lost: Purse lost town area

Lost purse in Pb from about 11am till 3pm when we noticed it missing

What a joke the police station is
We went there yesterday to see if a purse was handed in thru Google translate they were basically no help
Today we returned to the police station at 10am it was closed
We pressed a intercom a policeman came out
he asked if it was lost or stolen because he said it is 2 different matters
We said we don't know if lost or stolen we only want a case number for insurance
Again we got no help
