Hi,

I'm looking for first hand recommendations for a good holiday rental home company in PB area(managing cleaning/maintenance/key holding etc)?

Any tips would be appreciated.

Hi,

we own a villa in Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen, and have the most fantastic property manager you could wish for. They manage guest checkins, cleaning, key-holding, problem solving, gardening, everything you could wish for.

If interested, get in touch.

Peter

Hi, we're based in the UK and are using Optima Villas on a fully managed basis and we've found them to be very attentive and extremely helpful.  They deal with everything on the rental front and even sorted out pool cleaning, gardening, recommended accountants, etc.

If it helps, when we were first deciding on who to use, as a way of narrowing it down, we looked at the 3 companies we'd used for renting villas that we thought were 5 stars as customers.  We then looked in more detail at each of them and took on board general feedback comments, how and where they advertised, what rates they charged, what price range and level were the villas they offered, etc.  I have to say, there's a number of very good companies in PB but what finally swayed it for us was that Optima were the only ones we found that managed the financial side a little differently, which without going into detail on a public forum means it gives you a little advantage on the tax situation.  We've now been with them for over a year; are fully booked in 2023; have had experience of them dealing with ad-hoc and unforeseen issues; and can advise that we are very happy to stay with them.
