We have a property in Playa Blanca which we intend to rent out on a short term basis to holiday makers as we now have a Touristic License.
Can anyone explain to me how you file a Modelo 210 with the Spanish Tax Authorities. All the information I have come across is in Spanish!
Alternatively can anyone give me an indication what they are being charged by a tax acccountant/firm to submit the tax returns on their behalf.
