I have a 2 week timeshare a Diamond Club Calypso.
The internet connection is absolutely awful. This year seems better particularly as it’s showing a 5G connection but as a member we were told some years ago it’s to do with a final part of the “cable” connection to the area where the resort is to enhance the speed but it’s too costly to do so. This may be it’s Diamond club calypso that won’t pay the cost of the physical connection to the area where the cable is to gain the better speed. I’m saying that they have now got 5G which is a bit puzzling. I see from what you have satellite is something you offer. This maybe an option for them
