Our WIFI is down since 26th June and it’s 10th July and Masmovil won’t tell us the cause or when the problem will be fixed.Does anyone else have a similar problem?

Hi
Be careful as they did the same to us however we thought they just disconnected us for no reason as our original connection was through a representative who since left the island and when you call noone speaks English at masmovil. Before anyone disagrees yes I should speak Spainish however not at present.
I had to find another provider and then they send my account to debt collection. I paid this bill and they didn’t match the Payment and continue to increase and place more penalties. I still continue to email them and got on their message app since Feb to try to resolve this and still no call from them to resolve. Nightmare.
Terminate your contract I would recommend and find a realisable provider. I would recommend lobster, great to deal with.
