Structural engineer's report required

Hi,
Does any member know of a structural engineer in Lanzarote?
Water from the terrace of the apartment above mine has damaged the ceiling of my apartment. Removal of the affected plaster has revealed cracking of the concrete beams above and rusting of metal rods. I need advice to establish the safety of the structure, and if possible, to establish the entry point of the water and advice on how to repair the damage. Big ask I know!
