Tanning Rooms - Tanning Shops

Hi Im heading out to PDC again for Xmas and last year the weather wasnt great but I couldnt find anywhere that has tanning rooms - I did ask on Tripadvisor but I got eaten alive by beware of cancer comments and just enjoy the holiday forget the tan - so I havent asked anywhere since but I would love to know. Thanks
