Hi....We have visted and stayed in Puerto Del Carmen twice a year for the last 20 years. We plan to move out there in the next two years.

It is hard to recommend anywhere specific as it is all soo lovely there.

Our favourite restaurant is called 'Tropicana' and is right at the start of the strip (opposite end to the Casino) with a yellow canopy. We eat there every other night during our stays and have never had a bad meal yet. Their prices are also some of the best around and the staff are simply lovely....You will find Linekers bar next door but one and up the stairs if you need to catch up on the football back home!!

Another night out we also have on every trip is to MHT Tavern.....It is a drag evening and is the funniest show you will ever see.....It is about £20 each, but includes a 3 course meal...This is about half way down the strip...They sell tickets for this at the tour places and in most hotel receptions.

Our favourite and the best bar on the island is called 'Indiana Rock Bar'.....They have inside and outside seating and have a house band that plays from about 9pm til 1am, depending on the time of year.....They play lots of 80's and 90's stuff and are very good...It is full table service all night and is an amazing atmosphere (We even had our wedding reception here after we wed on Papagayo beach).

I hope this helps a bit

Thanks

Gra

Hi Frankie

I'm sure you will get lots of suggestions from this group, but you will also find lots of information about the resort on a Facebook page called Love Puerto Del Carmen Lanzarote

Have a great holiday.
