Can anyone recommend: a Carer or private Nurse to help me with my elderly dad ?

we are staying in the Matagorda area and I just wonder is there a Carer service ? My dad is very active but can get a little confused or disorientated so needs a little assistance. Moreso company when I am not available - to ensure he finds his way back to the accommodation etc. Many thanks
