Hi all, I own a home in Punta Mujeres and have a daughter who is 24 and a fluent Spanish (and French) speaker. She is very interested to get a job in Lanzarote but from our research, as a non-EU passport holder it seems pretty impossible for her to do so. Is this right or is there some flexibility here?

Hi Emma,
Don’t give up yet! Depending on your daughter’s circumstances and career/job choices there are options to gain visas, employment, and possibly residency legally. I urge you to seek the services of one of the “experts in such matters and paperwork (I’m not one of them, but have used their services). These should give you correct, current advice and assist in the process.

Sharon Kemp (very helpful to us)
Lydia Thani (good reports from others)
You could also search Lanzarote Gazette magazine which carries adverts for all sorts.
