Hi all Andy here I am thinking of making the move to Lanzarote with my family so I will be posting a few questions as we go along thanks.

Give me a while and I see what I can find . https://www.idealista.com/inmueble/95644034/ - this one is minimal rental of 4 months & maximum rental of 11 months but it's huge and cheap .. I can always help you with translations & I'm very conversant in Spanish - been living here 17 years and translating all of those years. I generally charge 20€ each occasion unless it's a hospital visit.
