I am told that 3 busstops will disapear March 1 2024. A new busstop is placed before the old mill. Will the taxi's going to move to another place? If so does anyone know where?

We have just spent a lovely 12 days in Playa Blanca. The villa we stayed in was close to numerous unfinished properties and some looked like they were inhabited by squatters. Just wondering why so many half built properties as it spoils such a nice area.

I’m looking for a plumber / contractor for a quote to  revamp a bathroom in Playa Blanca job is remove bath fit a shower in its place re tile fit lights the whole lot really if any one can help please

Hi - we arrived last week for a 2 month stay , and absolutely loving it! While I appreciate that Lanzarote produces some lovely wine, I’m wondering if there is anywhere on the island that sells 19 Crimes, an Australian red wine?

Query for those who rent out their properties or have stayed in rental properties. Our property is holiday let through an agency on a single price basis, by which I mean that regardless of how many guests we have at any one time, the price remains the same.  This naturally leads to bigger groups (as better value for them) but the obvious downside for us is greater running costs, maintenance, potential for breakages, etc.  Do you happen to know if this is generally how agencies work in Lanzarote or are there those that price depending on number of guests and if the latter, any recommendations? 

Secondly, we're used to holiday letting in the UK where deposits are held back in case of breakages but we so far haven't found any agencies that do this in Lanzarote, we simply have to pay out every-time something goes missing or is broken.  Again, do any of you good people know of any holiday letting agencies that offer this as part of their service?
