Can Iease a car in Lanzarote

Firstly go to a reputable garage, I can recomend Hyundai and a guy called Aser if you are not Spanish speaking, his English is excellent. He would be able to give you any information. You would probably have to be working here, have a solid contract with guaranteed earnings, probably resident. I have not heard of anyone leasing a car on the island but it never hurts to ask.
