Hi all, I am currently looking online at properites for sale and noticed that generally they all include the furniture in the sale.  Does anyone know if it is possible, when buying a property to ask for the furniture specifically to be removed?  I am not looking to knock down the price based on this.  I'd rather buy a place with a blank slate and start from stratch.  If this is not possible, what is the best way to remove furniture, i.e. skip hire, van hire and take to the dump?  Many thanks, Fiona.

Hi. Could I respectfully suggest you contact Sara, the animal protection charity. They do a monthly market to raise funds and could probably make a pretty penny from your donations. I believe they have trucks enough to collect it from your home. Good luck. Susan

Hi Susan,

Many thanks for your reply.  I have heard of Sara so that is great to know that they would be willing to take furniture.  Thank you.
