Moving to Lanzarote

Hi everyone!
We have recently sold our house in the UK and are looking to relocate to Lanzarote. We thought we would try and take a rental of around 6 months initially while we look for a permanent home. Ideally we would like to rent a villa in the Tias area but don't really know how to go about this as we need a place from September this year and we won't be able to view something ourselves. Has anyone got any suggestion as to how we go about this? Is there a company who would help locate suitable accommodation and negotiate the rental contract on our behalf?
