Looking for a job: Paediatric Nurse

Hi, 

I currently live in the UK but would love to come to Lanzarote to work and potentially buy a house to live. Does anyone know of a hospital that has a paediatric department? Also, with Brexit - would my UK qualification be valid? 

If anyone knows any information, or anyone that works at the hospital (s) please get in touch. I can speak Spanish but not medical terminology but I will learn.
