Need advice for move

Hi

Myself and my husband have visted lamzarote several times in his family holiday home. We are in our 30s and are fed up of not having a good work life balance. We want to buy a plot of land a build our home we dont mind if it is outside any of the bigger towns, we have an idea of starting an air b n b to bring in a bit of income. We are wondering if ye have any advice of dos and donts to do in buying? Or where to buy that would be a good community for a growing family? Or any suggestions? Thanks very much.
