You need the deeds to your property in Lanzarote or legal rental agreement (including a full copy for them to file) your blue European Health Insurance Card, passport and copy. I was also told to bring proof of financial means, e.g. bank statement, although I wasn't asked for this when I successfully applied  3 years ago.

Hi Shiela and thank you very much for your offer of help which I would like to accept. Later I will set out in detail the steps I have already taken and the documentation I have. You could hopefully then advise if I need to do anything more before I return to town hall. I have an appointment ticket with an XO prefix at 8.15 on11th March.
