Where to collect cat at airport?

Hi,  we transported our cat from Britain on a Thomas Cook plane, the cat box was delivered  to terminal two, the smaller terminal that services the  short island hops and we collected it from  an office in the building to the left of the entrance gates.   The paperwork for the cat, i.e. pet passport and vets documents, were handed to the pilot at Birmingham airport, unfortunately when the flight landed the pilot disappeared taking the documents with him so were standing around for two hours in the heat while the vet in England sent over copies of a dozen pages to convince the office to release the cat box.   Make sure the paperwork is secure before you fly and dont trust the pilot.
