Does anyone have any information on how the hotel refurbishment is going at the Natura spa ? Have stayed there 4 times so far and looking to stay again next year after it has re opened.

I've been trying for days to contact Verisure in Spain but for whatever reason their website does not like UK mobile numbers and Whatsapp BOT is a nightmare.

Can anyone recommend any alarm suppliers/monitoring company on the Island?

Solar Panel Grants - 6 replies

We had solar panels fitted about three years ago. The Engineer was excellent and we’ e had a very good result with significant savings. At the time of fitting the Engineer applied, on our behalf, for Endesa to switch us to a feedback tariff and for the local authority to give a grant (estimated at 25-40% of the cost of outlay) towards the overall cost. Endesa took over a year to switch us to the appropriate tariff so that we get some credit for surplus power that we feed back to the grid. After three years we are still waiting for the grant and we have a friend in the same position. Please can anyone shed any light on this? Is there any way that we can encourage the local authority to pay the grant? Thanks!

I live on Faro Park in Playa Blanca. Does anyone have any of the original wall light shades for sale. They are ceramic with a cut out design. The cut out designs are different. I’d be interested in any design. Thank you.
