Hi all , we are in our 70's and have been coming to PB for years now.But we would like to stay for 8 weeks feb/ march 2021 and would like an appartment near the centre although not really bothered so long as the price is right with a small outdoor terrace . In the region of 1500

£1500 ! Is that per month ?
2021 is too far off to plan and pay as who knows what prices will be by then.
How many people ?
To give you an idea I rented a villa in Carmen last year, yes it was large and in the best area but I payed £2500 for one week !
Cheaper in PB if just two people probably get a two bed two bathroom villa but still looking at around £4k minimum even with long stay discount.
Villa owners can easily get £700 per week so think their unlikely to drop price drastically.

Hi there , thanks for that info but we can rent and have done 2 bed villas at 1000 per month in lovely areas of PB. Bookings are being taken now for then ,its so popular with return visitors i will keep my fingers crossed if that doesnt work i will return to plan b ! We have done repeats so will go back to one or the other ....just putting feelers out really. Thanks .
