Recommend an Alarm System without monthly subscriptions

Hi
I want a simple remotely accessible alarm system without a monthly subscription. Can anyone recommend a supplier- I am in Playa Blanca. Thank you

Hi when back in the UK or have one sent over, have a look at the Yale alarm systems, we have one and its very good, interior sensors window and doors are also covered and an extremly loud external siren. It can also be linked to your phone so it covers all boxes and as you ask no maintenaince fees
