Main access to Papagayo beaches blocked and fenced off by builders

We were horrified to discover that the Main access to Papagayo beaches has been blocked and fenced off by builders (point A on the attached map). There is another route by the hotel Sandos Papagayo (point B on the map). However this is just a narrow alleyway between the hotel and this new development by LZ White Villa S.L.

Discarded beer bottles litter this route. This is very unsuitable for families with children, and buggies, let alone all the cyclist that used too use the main access route. This is a bottleneck to the  beach access. There are accidents waiting to happen in this.

The was previously a well used car park and information boards here. I have attached photographs of before and now, this can be accessed  from the black bar at the top of the map in Menu, and then Photos.

Can you help to get the path restored to public use?
