Tv package with/without Internet.

Hi

I am based in Playa Blanca.

I had a box attached to my tv 5-6 years ago that gave me mainly UK channels.

The person who fitted it for me no longer appears to be available 

When I turn the tv and the box on the tv says  "no signal" but everything appears to be wired up correctly.

I am wondering what my options are and what those different options costs would be.My internet is not very strong and consistent.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
