Hello everyone.. I’m seriously thinking of moving to Lanzarote.. can I still do this seeing as we have left the EU.. I would be totally self supported so can cash buy a property and still have money to support myself.. thanks.. Kerry.. 😃

Hi

To be knowledge , it is down to what we finally agree with the EU end of this year

Personally I would hold off until then

Good luck

Hi Kerry

Just short term pain , hopefully long term gain

A good book to read is one written by the nice people at Lanzarote Information

Hi

Good luck if you make the move , Lanzarote is a wonderful place

Cleaning is a very competitive business , once you have found a good one you are unlikely to change and the number of cleaners makes it competitive on a price basis as well

You may wish to consider setting  up a Property Management company , cleaning is just one element

Google "Lanzarote Property Management" to see the competition

Work is all based upon tourists coming to Lanzarote....... hope it get gets back to normal in 2021
